Three paddles and other materials which could have been used during the hazing activity, were found by the Scene of Crime Operations Team (SOCO), together with the Homicide Department.
Other unidentified objects were also found in the scene, but no information has been released yet as to what these things were for.
Officials of the Manila Police District (MPD) opened the office along Laon Laan Street for more investigation linking to the hazing rites.
“I will not specify [yet] the pieces of evidence that we have recovered or collected,” said MPD Spokesperson Police Supt. Int. Edwin Margarejo.
According to Margarejo, any match or comparison to the evidence would be a good development for their investigation on Atio Castillo’s case.
On Wednesday night, prior to their search today, MPD officials issued a search warrant but were unable to continue as there were no people inside the office.
Further notice are yet to be announced as the police team continues with the investigation.
