PBA Philippine Cup opens for its 43rd season

The 43rd season of the awaited PBA Philippine Cup has returned last Sunday at the Big Dome. The afternoon was opened by the beautiful muses of each participating team including celebrities Myrtle Sarrosa (Barangay Ginebra San Miguel), Ashley Ortega (Blackwater Elite), Rhian Ramos (Phoenix Fuelmasters), Phoemela Barranda (Kia Picanto) and Asia’s Next Top Model winner Maureen Wroblewitz (Magnolia Hotshots). Muses Jodie Tarasek (San Miguel Beermen), Jannie Alipo-on (Rain or Shine Elasto Painters), Taki Saito (Alaska Aces), Rachel Anne Daquis (NLEX Road Warriors), Laura Lehmann (TNT Katropa), Chanel Thomas (Meralco Bolts) and Lindsay Stalzer (San Miguel Beermen) also glammed the night at the Araneta Coliseum. Right after, the defending champions San Miguel Beermen opened their season with a win by defeating the Phoenix Fuelmasters, 104-96. The second game of this season is between the Kia Picanto and the NLEX Road Warriors happening on Dec. 20 at the San Juan Arena. Check out the full schedule of the elimination round below:
